    Frontline Health Workers provide support to frontline workers involved in healthcare and healthcare related activities- act as health counsellors to local communities and provide healthcare services. The job requires individuals to be well embedded within local communities and be comfortable in interacting with all sections of the community. The individual should be comfortable with providing support to community members at odd hours and should be reassuring and accessible to all community members.
