A Purchase Assistant – Food and Agricultural Commodities is responsible for purchase of food and agricultural commodities. S/he carries out activities such as processing purchase requisitions, raising purchase orders, identifying vendors and raising orders, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining inventories.
The course ‘RTE, RTC, and RTS Food Products’ is meant for a trainee who shall be able to make RTE, RTS & RTC food products, operate the equipment used for various unit operation involve for making any food products, package and storage and maintain the quality of food products
The course ‘Rice Milling’ is meant for a trainee who shall be able to assess the quality of paddy/rice and various by-products, operate Rice milling machineries available in different sections of Rice Processing Industry.
The course ‘RING frame MACHINE OPERATOR’ is meant for a trainee who shall be able to work as a Ring frame machine operator and would be able to creel the bobbins, take the end through drafting zone, piecing the ends, replacing the travellers, and look after the machine. Also he would be able to remove the full doff, putting new empty cops, cleaning the clearer rollers, drafting zone and the empty bobbins.
The course ‘Skill Development in Sensory Assessment Techniques’ is meant for a trainee who shall be able to develop proficiency skills in basic knowledge of sensorial testing of food and beverages, design and conducting the sensorial testing of food and beverages, data analysis of the response of the panelist and drawing conclusions of the sensorial testing.
A Squash and Juice Processing Technician is responsible for preparation of squash and juice from fruits through the process of receiving, checking raw material quality, sorting, pulping, extracting juice, pasteurizing, filtering, sampling for quality analysis, filing, packaging and storing.
A Supervisor Dairy Products Processing is responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities, applying knowledge of production methods, processes, machines and equipment, directing activities to workers engaged in production, reviewing production order, planning production operation, reviewing production and operating reports, resolving operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems.
A Traditional Snack and Savoury Maker is responsible for making various types of snack and savoury products. S/he is is responsible for receiving raw materials, checking quality, cleaning, grinding, sieving, mixing, frying, cooking, heating, cooling, blending, packing and storing.
The course ‘Wheat Milling’ is meant for a trainee who shall be able to operate the wheat mill equipment & machineries, produce quality products from wheat milling, pack, store & market products and by-product of wheat milling.
