An Auto Service Technician Level 4is responsible for the repair and routine servicing& maintenance(including electrical and mechanical aggregates) of vehicles.
An Auto Service Technician Level 6 is responsible for managing advanced diagnosis and repairs. The individual carries out all types of diagnosis of faults and repairs and is responsible for supervising work of other technicians/senior technicians.
AnAuto Service Technician(two and three wheelers)is responsible for the repairing and routine servicing & maintenance(including electrical and mechanical aggregates) of two/ three wheeler vehicles.
A trainee attending the course on ‘Basic automotive servicing of four Wheelers’ shall be able to assists in repairing motor vehicles, jacking up vehicle to the required height for repair, dismantling defective unit or parts of vehicle such as engine, gear box, rear axle, front axle, steering assembly, radiator, etc. according to nature of repairs to be done, with the use of hoist, jack, pullers, hand tools and other devices, lubricating joints, tightening loose parts and making necessary adjustments, replacing propeller shaft, wheel hub bearings and brake pads, setting wheel alignment, adjusting steering, clutch, hand brakes, brake pedal etc., and fitting new or repaired accessories and body parts.
A trainee attending the course on ‘Basic Automotive Servicing of two- and three-wheelers’ carries out transmission system overhaul, engine overhaul, chassis system overhaul including steering, suspension and braking, electrical maintenance, and fuel system overhaul.
The course on ‘Basic Car Servicing’ is meant for a trainee who aspires to become Service Mechanic- Junior in automotive workshop and able to perform general servicing and maintenance of cars inculcating basic Computer Awareness and behavioral and communication skills.
The course on ‘Bicycle and Tricycle Repair’ is meant for a trainee who aspires to become a Bicycle & Tricycle Mechanic. The trainee shall be able to do assembly and maintenance of Bicycle and Tricycle, perform minor and major repair works in Bicycle and Tricycle, and inculcate self-employment skills in the areas of Cycle Repairing and Selling Centre.

A Brake Specialist is responsible forperforming diagnostic tests and determining common problems occurring in the Braking & allied systems. The individual also repairs and replaces various components/ aggregates in the braking system of the vehicle, and performs routine maintenance of various components/ aggregates within the Braking system.
This role primarily involves supervising the sand and molten metal related casting operations, overseeing the setting up and operating the casting equipments and forming & finishing of the final output.
Casting Helper will be involved in cleaning the slag, supporting in pre casting & post casting operations and storing the output at designated place.
This role is responsible for supervising the various casting processes involving sand mixing, core making, mould making, metal smelting and pouring, maintaining process parameters, conducting quality checks on output product, deploying manpower as per requirement, guiding operatives and technicians to complete the assigned task, maintaining a safe & healthy working environment on the shop floor and maintaining records related to production, rejections, material movement and manpower productivity for a line/shift.
Assistant Casting Technician will be involved in managing the specifications of the molten metal, setting up and operating the casting machinery and forming& finishing the metal cast.
