- Job DescriptionComputer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) operator uses computer hardware and graphics software to generate design drawings. CAD equipment enables operators to quickly design and produce very accurate and realistic images of leather garments to be manufactured. Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system automatically produces finished designs by using computer controlled production machines.
