Advanced Attendant Operator (Process) operates and controls compressors, reactors and related chemical process equipment during rest periods or emergency. Assist operator in turning valves to control flow of materials, setting equipment controls and maintaining safety rules and regulations set by the industry.
Welding and supervision of welding of different types of materials from carbon steel to alloy steel in boiler and pressure vessel industries and general fabrication industries.
Candidate will be creating CNC Milling machine (Rotary 4th Axis and 5th Axis Mill) programs and operate the Vertical Milling Machines. The main duties of the CNC Operator / Technician are:
● Create CNC Milling Part Program with the inputs of Engineering Drawing of the part including GD&T as applicable
● Offset setting
● Perform TPM
● Create a part program (manual or using a cam software)/ Edit existing program
● Part Program Simulation
● Define cutting parameters
● Optimize cycle time
● Verify the tool path / Program.
● Prove out CNC Milling part program (single block/Dry run) & modify it if required.
● And finally inspect the Job as per the specifications and correct the dimensions if required.
Advanced CNC Machinist 5-Axis, studies drawings makes model of the job in Auto CAD 3D and generate the programs by using Master CAM or CATIA. Load the programs on various machines like 5-axis vertical machining center, 5-axis horizontal machining center, 5-axis CNC turn-mill center, etc., Study required sequence of operations. Fastens raw material and respective tool or cutter in fixture, according to sequence of operation, on appropriate machine. Checks machine setting or sets it for stipulated machine operations. Controls flow of coolant. Start the program cycle and applies automatic controls to feed tool to metal for machining.
After machining, checks all the dimensions and accuracies.Does process planning, tool and cutting parameters selection, programming, setup and operation for machining parts on 5-axis CNC machines. Maintains the CNC Machines by routine and preventive maintenance. Follows organizational ethics and standards.
The individualwill be able to perform milling operations, simple Turning operations and unconventional machining processes as per customer needs and product specification, applies M code & G Code used in CNC & VMCmachines and verifies Toolpath Generation & Programming by using Computer Aided Manufacturing Software.
The Industrial Automation Engineer’s role is to design, execute, assess and troubleshoot hardware/software programs and applications involved in typical process industries workflow tasks. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting of hardware and software specifications throughout the project life cycle for such applications.

The individual will be able toinstall, configure, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipments construct application circuits, test them analyze for proper performance.He/she can develop various application programs and work as a team member or alone to complete projects. They may observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.Make decisions based on technical documents perform quality testing and inspections etc.
The individual is able toperform different welding methods such as Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)etc. The learner operates various tools, shop floor outfits and machines used in the production process like Lathe machine, Milling machine, Grinding machine and Drilling machine.The learner is able to apply the basic principle and operating techniques behind important NDT methods. He/she is able to perform different types of heat treatment processes like hardening, normalising, stress relieving etc.
The leaner is responsible for installation of software, operating system and customisation of PC. He needs to supervise team to configure installnetwork switch, router, bridges, HUB, wire network and wireless network, access MY SQL, working with retrieved data, creating records with PHP, web page development deployment using server-client technology. He should be capable of hands-on on Cloud Integration, use cloud tools to monitor, tune and troubleshoot.
