Loader/Unloader in the Logistics industry is also known as Loader, Transport Associate. Individuals in this role need to identify goods based on the product code, unload them from the truck onto the inbound area and move them to the staging area. A similar sequence is done for loading. Their responsibilities include identifying damaged goods and moving goods safely.
Loading Supervisors are also known as Dispatch Supervisors or Supervisors. Individuals in this role are responsible for checking inbound or outbound goods, recording information regarding the shipment of goods, allocating work and supervising the loading and unloading function. They are typically found in warehouses with large scale operations and may also perform certain activities of the warehouse supervisor role as required.

Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Maintenance Technician in the Logistics industry is also known as MHE Maintenance Associate. Individuals in this role are responsible for the smooth functioning of MHE. Individuals are responsible for picking items according to an inventory list. They are required to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure that the MHE are continuously available. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of maintenance activities carried out and preparing detailed reports

The individual at work monitors technical functioning of the plant to ensure the required storage parameters specific to product and ensures the plant operating parameters matches the product requirements, in the event of change in environmental conditions/variations in external conditions. Additionally he/she administers activities in grading line, pre-cooling unit and ripening chamber until they are packaged and ready for dispatch.
A Reach Truck Operator is also known as MHE Operator, Reach Truck Assistant. Individuals in this role are responsible for transporting material from staging area to the storage racks, moving items from the storage racks to the picking area and assisting in inventory counts.
