Design Engineer Avionics/Electrical systems is responsible for research, design and development of avionics/electrical systems.
The Drone Operators (Multi-Rotor) are responsible for take off, manoeuvring, flying and landing of drones using a legal command & control link, transmitter and receiver pairs. Applications include power line inspections, wild-life monitoring, oil and gas exploration, land surveying, disaster relief, etc The individual on the job should have the ability to think logically, demonstrate good situational control, steady hand at operations, attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and fair communication skills. This additionally requires good communication skills in English. Should have work focus and ability to work under stressful situations. Minimum SPL (Student Pilot License) Medical, Advantage PPL (Private Pilot license) Medical (No hearing & Speech Impairment, No colour blindness, No stuttering, Visual Acuity 6 / 6), No debilitating diseases like epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes.
The individual performs troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on unmanned aerial vehicles (Drones). Test different electronic components, circuits used in Drone and find the faulty parts. Testing of different motors BLDC etc, Electronic Speed Controller and it’s circuits. Testing of flight controller, landing gear, GPS Module, collision avoidance sensor and their connectivity with console. Testing of transmitter, communication link, Gimbal Motor, Controller rand its programming, etc.
A Flight Dispatcher monitors weather conditions, aircraft position reports, and aeronautical navigation charts to evaluate the progress of flight
To perform the duties of Senior Weather Observer and Manager for safe and successful completion of air and ground mission as well as maintenance of Flight Safety. For details refer Annexure- II
He is a team leader and manager who ensures that correct technical practice and laid down drills are followed at all times by all tradesmen under him during repair, overhaul and testing of all airframe and ground equipment. For details refer Annexure: II
Mechanic Radio and Radar Aircraft fits, assembles and repairs various kinds of electronic equipment for aircraft radio equipment during test flights. He is responsible to install, service and overhaul radar units, operates and flight checks radar equipment on aircraft.
The individual remotely controls Drone/Unmanned Ariel Vehicle and carries on commercial Inspection of Bridges, Cell & TV Towers, Wind Turbines, Power lines, Pipe Lines & even solar panels. The learner is responsible for checking roofs, chimneys, sliding, bricks and other structures for exterior damage as Residential Home Inspection, inspecting of infrastructure from power lines to pipelines, which are often in hard-to-reach, dangerous places to mitigate hazardous, time consuming and expensive work.
