The job involves transporting the batch from mixing area to a designated storage area.  

The Storage Assistant (RSS Trading) is responsible for maintaining the store / godown / warehouse in good condition, properly keeping the materials without any damage or loss. It is also his job to ensure quality of the materials in the godown/warehouse.  

A Storage Operator is responsible to work for the proper storage of final product in order to protect it from any kind of damage and easy dispatch to customers.  

A Straining Operator is responsible to segregate the waste material from the pre-refined material using strainer and get the product ready in the specified form for refining process.  

A Stripping Unit Operator is responsible for the removal of the latex products from respective moulds during production.  

He is responsible to supervise and execute the work by engaging required number of workers appropriately for different works. He is responsible for the volume of production in the shift and its quality. He is also responsible for the orderly working of the factory workers and economising the consumption of utilities.  

Supervisor is responsible for maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment including preventive maintenance. He should ensure that the entire plant and machinery work properly for the smooth running of the factory.  

A synthetic cord dipping operator is responsible to dip woven Griege tyre/industrial cord fabric through the dip solution in a dip unit train provided with drying, normalizing and heat set zones. The job requires ensuring proper dipping with full control on dwell and exposure time, temperature controls in the ovens and tension control on cords across the width to achieve optimum cord properties and adhesion to rubber compound requirements .  

The individual at work is responsible for supervising the lab testing operations and quality control of plastic raw material, as well as in-process and finished products as per organizational standards.

The Transfer Moulding operator is responsible for operating the machine and feed the rubber compound and other materials into the machine for making rubber parts.  

A Tube Curing Operator is responsible to get the spliced green tube curing done in curing presses.

A Tube Cutting Operator is responsible for cutting the green tubes to specified lengths within tolerance ,as instructed by technical, for achieving uniform cured tube size & dimensions.  

A De-mandreling Operator is responsible to perform demandrelling of Alumimum tubes from rubber tubes cured in pot heaters ,splicing and spot curing the spliced ends

The tube extruder operator is responsible for feeding the rubber compound to the extruder and performing the extrusion operation using the Extruder.  

A Tube Curing Operator is responsible to perform the curing of tubes.
