An Administration Executive performs administrative and office support activities. The work could involve upkeep and maintenance of office premises; book-keeping and filing; purchases and vendor management for office supplies, stationery and up-keep; ensuring comfort of staff and visitors; receiving and forwarding calls; coordination of incoming and outgoing mail as well as organizing meeting rooms and travel for staff.
The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting colleagues with clerical and administrative tasks. The person may work separately with a particular department or a group of departments.
Office Management (Integrated steel plant) will be part of the team of office assistant responsible for smooth running of the integrated steel plant. The Paralegal Associate - Legal Documentation assists in the preparation of various legal documents and its recording and documentation. The individual drafts and proofreads documentation for legal teams including notices, consents, renewal letters, Letters of Intent, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and the likes in accordance with existing templates. The individual also prepares the case documentation, submits the same following relevant court procedures, maintains the record of entire case proceedings and provides assistance to legal professionals and clients in documentation work.
Instruct students in ITIs/Vocational Training Institutes. Analyse & construct the syllabus course, impart theoretical instructions in respective trades, demonstrates processes and operations in the workshop, supervises, assesses and evaluates students using different assessment techniques. Communicate effectively with the students both verbally and nonverbally.
