Auto Electrical technician will be able to perform following: Schematic Drawing, Wiring Harness, 3D modeling of electrical components, 3d modeling of support brackets, Sheet metal brackets, packaging study, flattening of wiring harness, assembly of components, generation of drawing for auto electrical components and systems, preparation of bill of materials etc.

● Diagnosis of problems of Auto electrical systems and power supply systems ● Charging of automobile battery, measuring cell voltage, specific gravity of electrolyte. ● Work inspections as per standard operating procedure ● Diagnosis of lighting and auxiliary system faults ● Identify and fault finding of various automobile switches & Perform fault diagnosis on electrical wiring harness, Diagnosing HVAC system faults ● Repair and Maintenance on supporting systems accessories & wiring harness fault diagnosis.
